Terms And Conditions :
- All Packages, Hotels & Cruises are subject to availability.
- All water activities are subject to weather conditions.
- We reserve the right to change / modify or terminate the offer anytime at its own discretion and without any prior notice.
- Ferry/cruise sailing is subject to weather conditions. Alternate arrangements will be made incase sailing does not take place due to weather or payload restrictions. However, we will not be responsible for refunding any amount due to non sailing of ferry and will be governed by our cancellation policy. The itinerary is subject to change.
- Rooms are subject to availability. In case the Rooms are not available then similar category rooms in hotels will be provided.
THE FOLLOWING POINTS ARE TO BE NOTED FOR CHILD RATE
- Children above 10+ years will be charged 100% as per adult rate (EPSR)
- Children of 5+ to 10 sharing parents rooms will be charged as per CWD or CNB
- Children below 5 years complementary only for hotels, however charges are applicable
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
OFF -SEASON – 1ST APRIL TO 31ST SEPTEMBER
- To proceed with the booking process, kindly release 50% of the booking amount within 24 hours.
- The remaining 50% payment should be made 15 days before arrival at Port Blair and 30 days for Royal Package Hotels.
- Delay of the payment might cause inconveniences (like hotels, cruises, etc. being sold out or auto- release). So, the company is not responsible in this manner.
SEASON – 1ST OCTOBER TO 31ST MARCH
- To proceed with the booking process, kindly release 50% of the booking amount within 24 hours.
- The remaining 50% payment should be made 20 days before arrival at Port Blair and 30 days for Royal Package Hotels.
- Delay of the payment might cause inconveniences (like hotels, cruises, etc. being sold out or auto-release). So, the company is not responsible in this manner.
PEAK SEASON – 15TH DECEMBER - 20TH JANUARY
- To proceed with the booking process, kindly release 100% of the booking amount within 24 hours.

Cancellation and Changes by the guest
- You may cancel your holiday at any time providing you notify the Company in writing. The following charges will be levied on any cancellation:
- No refunds for cancellation received on booking from 15 Dec to 20 Jan.
- No refund or cancellation during Puja, Valentine, Xmas, New Year.
- Cancellation charge of rupees 1500 per person is applicable any time after the advance is paid
- 100% of Package Cost will be charged as Penalty on Cancellation within 15 days before Arrival.
- 75% of Package Cost will be charged as Penalty on Cancellation between 16 to 20 days before Arrival.
- 50% of Package Cost will be charged as Penalty on Cancellation between 21 to 29 days before Arrival.
- 25% of Package Cost will be charged as Penalty on Cancellation 30 or more days before Arrival.
- Please note: Royal Package Accommodation’s booking made at Hotels Sea Shell /Silver Sand/Symphony Samundra/ Coral Reef / Barefoot/ Munjoh/Sanddy Waves/De Foret/Tillar Siro / Taj / ITC Hotel/Sinclairs/Mansha etc. are non-refundable. Written cancellation will accept on all working days between (10 AM – 05 PM, except Sunday), any cancellation sent on Sunday's will be considered on next working day (Monday).
