Cancellation & Refund Policy

Infant Policy

• Makruzz & ITT Majestic: Free for infants under 1 year.
• Green Ocean: Free for infants under 2 years.
• Nautika & Nautika Lite: ₹105 + ₹50 PSF per infant under 2 years.

Operator-Initiated Changes

In case of weather or technical issues, operators may reschedule or cancel. You will be re-booked on the next available ferry or issued a full refund.

Guest-Initiated Cancellation

• More than 48 hrs before departure: ₹200 per ticket
• 24–48 hrs before departure: 50% of ticket price
• Within 24 hrs: 100% of ticket price

Guest-Initiated Rescheduling

• More than 72 hrs before sailing: ₹200 per ticket
• 48–24 hrs before departure: 50% of ticket price
• Within 24 hrs: 100% of ticket price

Post-Issuance Fees

If tickets are issued and then cancelled 48–24 hrs prior, a ₹250 documentation fee applies; no refunds within 24 hrs of departure.

Force Majeure

Cancellations due to weather or unforeseen events beyond control entitle you to a full refund or a credit toward future travel.

Important Notes

• Deluxe/Royal tickets issued after 18:00 hrs for next-day departure are not snack-box eligible.
• Premium-class snacks are non-refundable if cancelled after 18:00 hrs the day before.
• Any token advance becomes a non-refundable cancellation fee if final payment isn’t made.
• Approved refunds post-finalization take 7–9 business days to appear.
