Operator-Initiated Changes

In case of weather or technical issues, operators may reschedule or cancel. You will be re-booked on the next available ferry or issued a full refund.

Guest-Initiated Cancellation

Post-Issuance Fees

If tickets are issued and then cancelled 48–24 hrs prior, a ₹250 documentation fee applies; no refunds within 24 hrs of departure.

Force Majeure

Cancellations due to weather or unforeseen events beyond control entitle you to a full refund or a credit toward future travel.
